At Wellvo, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair policies.

Returns:

We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos or videos as proof

Non-Returnable Cases:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product selection by the customer

  • Minor color or design differences

  • Delays in delivery

Refunds:

Refunds are processed only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Valid proof is provided and approved by our team

Refund Process:

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations:

To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at natharindam38@gmail.com with your Order ID.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Important Note:

As we work with third-party suppliers, replacement or refund decisions are subject to verification.
